Investigator is built for forensic engineering. It searches documented structural failures for cases with matching characteristics and returns what those investigations found, each cited to its source, alongside your own firm's case record in one workspace.

No, and that is deliberate. Investigator surfaces documented precedent and cites where it came from; the engineer forms the opinion. That is what keeps the work defensible: you can state that you reviewed the documented record, never that software reached the conclusion for you.

Yes. Photos, voice notes and drawing tags are captured on the device with no connection at all, which is the normal condition under a deck or inside a parking structure, and sync automatically the moment you return to coverage.

Copilot answers questions about your project documents and the structural codes that govern them, with the source cited so every answer can be verified against the record.
